I would love to hear anything you can tell me about cags talking.  Mine
 is 17mths old. She makes lots of noises and whistles but isnt  talking.

I own (or it owns me) a African Grey Parrot named Hero. For the longest
 time we believed we had a male Timnah, but to our surprize he turned
 out to be a she.

People in my office were forgetting about food they'd left in the
 employees' refriderator.  A new policy asked that a name and date be
 marked on each container.  As a reminder, a sign was posted: "Please
 date your food."  Below, someone scribbled: "What?  And give up men?"

Great page and really neat bird pictures. I'm featuring your web site on
 my link-of-the-week page as the "fowl site of the week". Sonny my blue-
 crowned conure likes your page too.

We have two cockatiels--Toby a male normal grey, and Freddie a   female
 pearl.  Toby talks, he says "Give Me a kiss", I'll get  your bellie,
 Silly bird and much more.  We have a blast with him.  Also have two
 dogs, Broggin a male husky and Samantha a female   shephard.  Loved

We have an African Grey who is two years old.  He scares people when he
 say's "hello" because he sounds just like me.  He has a pretty big
 vocabulary...we think, anyway.  He's always picking up new things to
 say.

Hi I'm Duncan the sweet baby timneh african gray parrot.  I don't speak
 yet but I can ring a bell to summons my owner.  And I can nod yes when
 I want more of whatever I want.

Well, I have recently moved out of my parents house leaving two upset
 cockatiels, Slasher & Tinkerbell.  Tinkerbell, the female, is addicted
 to salt for some reason although we do try to control this for health
 reasons.  The Slasher is addicted to destroying wooden furniture and

We are owned by a white faced pearl tiel.  We were not able to hold out
 for a year or better and just recently (today) have become the proud
 parents of a 6 week old timneh grey.  He (?) hasn't been released from
 the nursery yet but we are eagerly expecting!
