Who are you?!

I'm really glad you visited my site. You've had the opportunity to meet me and my birdies and now I'd love to learn a little about who you are. This survey will be e-mailed directly to me. The only fields that are required are your name, city, state and e-mail address. However, it would be great if you filled out the whole survey. And don't worry! This isn't some weird marketing research effort masquerading as a birdy survery. ;-) None of the info from this form will be seen by anybody except for yours truly.
